October 1, 2024 UPDATE: We're looking at some clear skies for opening weekend of Long Island's biggest fall event! News 12 is reporting good weather in the forecast for this weekend with the exception of a possible shower on Saturday morning. All good news because The RISE is at night!
Last week, we sent pictures from our first shipment of 100+ pound prizewinner pumpkins. Long Island's most talented professional pumpkin artists got to work painting them right away! We start carving them this week for display starting Friday! Did you know that we make 4 of each pumpkin so we can put a fresh one out each week in October?
Last week we also received our first 2 truckloads of classic-sized pumpkins! We'll be carving these on Thursday and Friday so they'll be fresh on the trail this weekend!
Most early timeslots for this coming Friday - Sunday have already sold out, but we do have some tickets remaining for 8pm and later.
